The European Postgraduate Business School (EPBS) is a continuing‑education provider in Switzerland. It is not a state‑recognised university under Swiss law, operates outside the scope of the Swiss Higher Education Act (HEdA), and holds private accreditation from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre‑Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE).
The diplomas awarded by Apsley Business School London are conferred through UK awarding organisations that are regulated by the Office   of Qualifications  and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) and therefore fall within the United Kingdom’s Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
Neither EPBS nor Apsley Business School is a state‑recognised university.
